Standish does not collect any personal information from anyone who is merely visiting or browsing its Web sites. Personal information may be requested if the visitor chooses to respond to online surveys, send Standish an e-mail message, or request a Prospectus via regular mail.

E-Mail and Product Inquiry

Standish invites visitors on its Web sites to send e-mail messages to Standish so that Standish may respond to inquiries regarding Standish or its products or services. Standish retains copies of these e-mail messages.

Online Access to Monthly Statements

To protect the confidentiality of the information accessed, Standish uses secure socket layer (SSL) technology. SSL technology establishes a "secure" Internet session and encodes the data submitted to the Standish Web site, ensuring that the information is accessible only to an authorized Standish representative and the customer. To support SSL, customers must have an Internet browser that supports state-of-the-art 128 bit "strong encryption."

Use of Information Collected

When you visit our Web sites, we may collect technical and navigational information, such as computer browser type, Internet protocol address, pages visited, and an average time spent on our Web sites. This information may be used, for example, to alert you to software compatibility issues, or it may be analyzed to improve our Web design and functionality.

Standish uses the information collected from visitors to its Web sites to address the specific needs of those visitors and to provide better customer service, including the provision of the latest information regarding Standish products.

The information collected also is used to provide a record of communications between Standish and its Web site visitors and to comply with any applicable legal and/or regulatory requirements.

Employees. Certain Standish employees will be provided with a visitor's information in order to respond to that visitor's needs and provide the visitor with information regarding specific products in which the visitor may have an interest. Third Parties. Standish does not transmit any personal information collected through its site to any third-parties. Personal information may be transmitted, however, if there is a specific need to complete a transaction requested by the visitor. Standish offers the opportunity to its Web site visitors to link to the Web pages of third parties who provide products and services not offered by Standish. Once the visitor leaves the Standish site, Standish does not receive any information from the visitor.
